I am available for travel world-wide, however I call central Indiana home. I primarily photograph on the North and West sides of Indianapolis. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

• Real estate photography sessions are delivered via an online viewing/download gallery within 24 hours after the session date. If a photoshoot was captured on a Friday, the delivery time will be the following Monday by mid-day.
• Commercial photo shoots typically include more images which require extensive editing. Their turn around time is 3 business days.
• Interior design clients will receive their luxury images within 4 business days.

We live in Indiana, so there is always a high chance that the weather won't cooperate. Weather plays a huge part in the overall outcome of photography. If there is a 50% chance or higher of rain predicted to happen during the session timeframe, I may need to reschedule the exterior photos. Expensive camera gear and water don't mix. I also strive for outdoor home or building photos to be bright and colorful rather than dark and dreary. What about a cloudy day? This is not a problem, because I can easily swap the skies for blue tones with puffy clouds!

My clients who hire me, are granted a license to use the images/video that I've captured for them. In some cases however, there are other vendors working together at a single property, such as builders; interior designers, architects, gardeners, etc. These vendors are required to reach out to me separately to purchase a usage license. Clients are not given permission to share their images with other vendors free of charge. Each individual business owner need to purchase the rights to use the photos.
